We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 100 to Switzerland and Europe.
For orders under CHF 100, shipping costs are:
• Switzerland: CHF 5.–
• Europe: CHF 13.–
Would you like your order to be sent by registered and insured mail? Please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange the shipping accordingly.
We usually ship your order directly from our studio in Switzerland within 1-4 business days.
For custom-made jewelry, Trenzas, or during particularly busy periods, processing times may occasionally be longer. In such cases, we will, of course, inform you personally.
Yes, upon request we can also send your order by registered and insured mail.
If you would like insured shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to inform you about the additional shipping costs and arrange the shipping accordingly.
Yes, we ship within Europe.
Shipping is carefully packaged directly from our studio in Switzerland. Shipping costs are CHF 13.–, and shipping is free for orders over CHF 100.–.
Please note that for deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs, import, or VAT fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes. Unworn jewelry from our online shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and shows no signs of wear.
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used.
Yes. Jewelry pieces that have been specially made or altered to your specifications are excluded from exchange and return.
These include, for example, personalized jewelry, custom-made items, individually adapted Trenzas, or designs modified at the customer's request.
If you have any questions or are unsure before placing your order, we would be happy to advise you personally.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will then send you the return information. Items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition.
Once the return has been received and checked by us, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.
Materials & Care
For our jewelry, we use carefully selected materials such as Sterling Silver 925, gold-plated brass, brass, stainless steel, natural and semi-precious stones, and high-quality waxed polyester yarn.
Each material brings its own unique characteristics and is processed with great attention to detail. This creates pieces of jewelry that not only look beautiful but are also made to last.

Care instructions vary slightly depending on the material. Silver, gold-plated jewelry, brass, stainless steel, and natural stones each have their own characteristics.
To ensure your piece of jewelry brings you lasting joy, we recommend mindful handling and regular cleaning as needed.

That depends on the material.
Our Trenzas and jewelry made of waxed polyester yarn and stainless steel are particularly suitable for everyday use and water-resistant.
Jewelry made of brass and sterling silver also tolerates occasional contact with water. Over time, however, the materials may oxidize or change their luster, which can be easily remedied with proper care.
For gold-plated jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with water, chlorine, salt water, perfume, sunscreen, and care products as much as possible. This will preserve the gold plating for longer.

The properties and meanings of natural and semi-precious stones are based on traditional beliefs, experiences, and spiritual teachings.
Many people wear certain stones as personal companions or associate them with themes such as trust, love, clarity, or inner peace. However, the described effects are not scientifically proven and do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
We see our natural stones as small reminders and companions for the themes that are important to us in life.

In many cases, yes.
Should your Elmare piece of jewelry be damaged, you can contact us at any time. It is often possible to repair a piece of jewelry, restring it, or replace individual elements.
Every piece of jewelry and every damage is different. Therefore, we examine each case individually and, if possible, find a suitable solution so that you can enjoy your favorite piece for a long time to come.
Our jewelry is created in close collaboration with selected small manufacturers and our studio in Switzerland.
Many designs are developed by us or further developed together with our producers. We carefully select materials, natural stones, sizes, and details. Numerous pieces of jewelry are then finished, adjusted, or refined with our selected stones and elements in our studio.
Macramé jewelry, trenzas, headpieces, and many other creations are made entirely by hand in our studio.
Our goal is to create jewelry that combines naturalness, craftsmanship, and timeless design – small companions with character and meaning.
Yes. Our jewelry complies with the applicable European guidelines for jewelry.
The materials we use either contain no nickel or are significantly below the prescribed limits. For example, our brass contains only 0.006% nickel and is therefore considered very well tolerated.
For particularly sensitive skin, we recommend jewelry made of sterling silver or stainless steel, as these materials are considered particularly skin-friendly.
