Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders, deliveries, and services of Elmare Jewelry, owned by Martina Ganahl, through the online shop, as well as to all related contracts.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms. Deviating conditions of the customer will only be recognized if Elmare Jewelry has expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Contracting Party
The contracting party is:
Elmare Jewelry
Martina Ganahl
Grabenstrasse 2
7304 Maienfeld
Switzerland
Email: mail@elmare.ch
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order.
By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as Elmare Jewelry confirms the order via email or dispatches the goods.
Since many of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted or made with natural materials, slight variations in color, shape, texture, or grain may occur. Natural stones are unique natural products – precisely this individuality makes each piece of jewelry one-of-a-kind and does not constitute a defect.
4. Products
Our jewelry pieces are created with great attention to detail in collaboration with selected small manufacturers and our studio in Switzerland.
Many designs are developed by us or further developed together with our producers. Materials, natural stones, and details are carefully selected. Numerous jewelry pieces are finished, adjusted, or refined with the elements chosen by us in our studio.
Macramé jewelry, Trenzas, headpieces, and various other creations are made entirely by hand in our studio.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to different screen settings and the natural properties of materials and natural stones, colors and textures may vary slightly from the delivered product.
5. Prices & Payment Methods
All prices in the online shop are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax, if applicable.
The prices published in the online shop at the time of the order apply.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop. These include, in particular, Twint, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other payment methods offered at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship your order with great care directly from our studio in Switzerland.
Delivery time is usually 1–4 business days. Should there be longer delivery times in exceptional cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Should a piece of jewelry have a material or manufacturing defect upon receipt, please inform us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by email at mail@elmare.ch.
After examining the defect, we will decide, depending on the situation, whether to repair it, replace it, or – if no other solution is possible – refund the purchase price.
Many jewelry pieces can be repaired or restrung even after prolonged wear. If your jewelry is damaged, please contact us. We will examine each case individually and find a suitable solution if possible.
Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper handling, normal wear and tear, impacts, self-repairs, chemical influences, or improper care.
