We want your jewelry to arrive safely and bring you lasting joy. That's why we meticulously ship every order directly from our studio in Switzerland.

Delivery Time

Your order will usually be shipped within 1–4 business days.

For custom-made jewelry or particularly high demand, processing time may be slightly longer. In such cases, we will, of course, inform you.

Shipping Costs

Switzerland

• Free shipping on orders CHF 100.– and above

• For orders under CHF 100.–, we charge CHF 5.–

• Would you like your order to be sent registered and insured?
  Please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange the shipping accordingly.

Europe

• Free shipping on orders CHF 100.– and above

• For orders under CHF 100.–, we charge CHF 13.–

• Shipping includes tracking

Please note that for deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs, import, or VAT fees may apply depending on the country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaged with Love

Every order is carefully hand-packaged. Whether for yourself or as a gift for a special someone – we want the unwrapping of your package to bring joy.

Returns

Should a piece of jewelry not meet your expectations, you can return unworn items to us within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions:

• The jewelry has not been worn

• The item is in its original condition

• The return is made within 14 days of receipt

After successful inspection, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.

Custom-Made Jewelry

There is no right of return for jewelry that has been custom-made or altered according to your wishes.

This includes, for example:

• Special orders

• Custom-fitted Trenzas

• Personalized jewelry

• Designs altered at the customer's request
